Disaster Overview : On November 14, 2021, a 6.4 magnitude earthquake struck the Ghale' Ghazi district near Fin city in the Hormozgan province of South Iran. The earthquake occurred at 15:37 local time and was followed by 88 aftershocks, with the largest measuring 6.2 on the Richter scale at 21:20 local time. The tremors affected one city and 137 villages, impacting a total population of about 36,484 people. Surrounding areas, including Haji Abad, Bandar Abbas, and Roudan, also felt the quake.
