Disaster Overview : From August 19, 2019, to key dates including October 25 and November 13, the Central African Republic faced severe flooding that caused significant human and material damage. Initial floods affected the city of Paoua and Poumadji village, resulting in one death, five injuries, and the destruction of nearly 295 houses.
